It all started when…

A&M Maintenance Crew is an LLC formed in 2016 by Amy McLeskey and Meghan Hicks.  As Maintenance Supervisor for the New House Company, Meghan brainstormed ways to improve services for The New House Company’s property management clients.  As owner/broker of The New House Company, Amy also wanted fairly priced and skilled repair work for management clients and for clients buying and selling homes.  With decades of maintenance experience, Amy & Meghan quickly realized the way to provide the best service was to create a maintenance company that could partner with The New House Company.  Amy & Meghan created A&M Maintenance Crew and got to work hiring skilled individuals to join their team.  
A&M is unique in that it is a women owned, Class A Maintenance Company.  Meghan and Amy enjoy hands on projects and finding creative solutions to household problems.
Amy and Meghan are also Realtors with The New House Company and can both help clients find their new home or build their investment portfolio.  Established in 1981, The New House Company is a full-service real estate brokerage.  Amy McLeskey has been the principal broker since 2015.  Amy and her team have decades’ experience in helping clients with real estate solutions.  Whether it is selling or purchasing a home or investment property, leasing, or property management, The New House Company is ready to help.

While A&M enjoys a great partnership with The New House Company, A&M has grown.  Meghan and Amy are excited to have built a large client base in addition to providing great service for The New House Company.
Amy and Meghan love working with residents of the community and finding solutions for their maintenance issues.  Whether it is a small task or a complete remodel, A&M Maintenance Crew can tackle it.
A&M has created a team with diverse skills including plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, painting, flooring installation, etc.  A&M offers fair pricing to help maintain, protect, and improve clients’ assets.  Meghan and Amy stay busy outside of work as well.  Meghan loves spending time with her husband, Matt, and their family.  Meghan is a full-time Mom to Harper, Haydyn, and Hensleigh.  They love swimming, playing in the park, and many adventures.  Amy stays busy training for triathlons, camping, or just enjoying walks with her golden doodle, Sadie.  Amy can usually be found outdoors.
